More return for biannual Rainbow Market
Rainbow’s reputation among stallholders as one of the best markets in the region stands, following yet another successful day at The Oasis’.

"It was a good market," organiser Les Graetz said.
"Everyone did a good trade, and there were lots of new products which were popular."
The October 26 market was the second and last for the year, and attracted stalls from Sea Lake, Horsham, Donald, Hopetoun, Jeparit, Nhill, Warracknabeal, Woomelang and Dimboola, as well as Rainbow.
"Every stallholder said they want to come back," Mr Graetz said.
"Some of them even wanted me to book them in for the next one right there and then."
But Mr Graetz said they have not yet locked in the date for next year's market.
"I need a bit of a rest before I start organising again," he said.
"It is a lot of work, a lot of organising and running around."
Live musician Paul Drendel said he really enjoyed himself, and that it was good to be back in Rainbow, playing for the crowd.
"It was a nice steady crowd throughout the whole day," Mr Graetz said.
"Lots of people, locals and from surrounding towns, and even some guests from a wedding came by to check it out."
Mr Graetz said the raffle raised over $700 and was won by Sandra Bone from Nhill who also had a stall.
The funds will be used to maintain The Oasis facilities for the community.
