Joanne Ellis named Horsham Citizen of the Year
Joanne Ellis is Horsham's Citizen of the Year, as announced yesterday at the Australia Day ceremony held at the Town Hall.
From primary school tambourine to leading the Horsham Rural City Band, Joanne Ellis's lifetime of service saw her named Horsham Rural City Council's Citizen of the Year at the Australia Day ceremony.
