Hiscock shines in cool conditions
The winter conditions resulted in a quiet day on the croquet courts last week, with some regulars suffering winter ills while others had escaped to warmer places.
Alex Orcsik, Christine Hiscock and Judy Baker deal with the cool conditions.
The nine who turned up had an enjoyable day with some interesting results.
Christine Hiscock showed her ability to cope in any weather, finishing the clear winner on the day with 24 hoops.
Maureen Lehmann demonstrated her growing skill level to record her best result to date, while Kelly Walker benefited from a late start to dominate her two games.
